Whole Bean Coffee
Colombia · Pink Bourbon
Chamomile · Berries · Walnuts · Honey
A soft, bright acidity opens the cup, carrying red berries and a whisper of florals. Sweetness builds through the middle — honeyed, gentle — with delicate walnut underneath. Round and balanced, with clearly defined layers.
Flavor notes are based on cupping results and describe the beans as they are — nothing is added. Actual taste can shift with grind, water, and brew method.

Storage
Freshly roasted beans need about 7 days to rest, so trapped gas can release and flavor can settle.
After resting: keep beans sealed, dry, away from light, at room temperature.
Best enjoyed within 1–2 months of the roast date.
Resting time counts from the roast date, unopened. About 7 days in warmer months; 10–14 days in colder months, depending on your climate.
