BUKKUNO Shipping Policy

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase, Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Delivery times vary by destination and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Address Changes — Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to make a correction, email us at hello@bukkuno.com within 12 hours of placing your order. We're not able to issue refunds for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages — BUKKUNO isn't responsible for delays caused by our carriers (USPS/UPS/FedEx) once a package has left our hands. If your package is marked "Delivered" but you can't find it, please check around your property first, then file a claim directly with the carrier.
